The 1st year of a baby just seems to fly by in a heartbeat...but within the whirlwind there seems to be one month that stands out... 4 months! I will always remember how right after Matthew turned 4 months old, he began figuring out that there was a world around him-- people, objects, lights and colors. It's almost as if they finally realize that the world is their playground and they fit right in. Of course after doing research on this age a second time with Nathan, I can attest with some certainty that this age is not one to miss!
